Quorum is a service operated by Modern Foundations Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Quorum," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Quorum mobile app or website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Content within events (messages, photos, polls) is retained for 30 days after the event ends, then deleted. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which will remove your personal information from active systems within 30 days, subject to limited exceptions for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and backup retention.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information. 6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Quorum is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact alex@quorumapp.ai.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), rate limiting, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Users

Quorum is operated from the United States. If you access Quorum from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app, by email, or both before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
